A project in line with artists "clicks and cuts". Electromagnetic spheres, microphonies / sonographs, function generators and scanners. To listen Nonsound, it is to enter a singular practice, that questions the technique and the potential of each one for resisting the powers.


Seuil Optique, duo of Sig Valax and Nicolas Tourney, originally dedicated themselves to musical practice in complete darkness, where each sound was generated without any visual aid. This method allowed the duo to develop an acute sensitivity to the acoustic properties of their instruments and the surrounding space. Seuil Optique is interested in the physical properties of sound, intuitively manipulates machines, and creates immersive sound environments. The two musicians invite the audience to active listening and total immersion. Their philosophy is based on the idea that music is not just to be heard, but to be experienced as a complete sensory experience.
Seuil Optique builds frescoes where electronic impulses, slow gestures and acoustic responses intersect: each of their albums, tells the story of an eyeless camera, of a journey beyond the screen. An ephemeral present filled with the memory of this interior film that everyone projects on their eyelids in the evening.

We had the big accident last year (2011.3.11)in Japan.

We lost and many people in that accident.Many people now lost their house,
or can`t return their home because of Nukes accident.

I could not play,listen music at all.

But,After several years,I started play music again.

I improvise for lost and living people at the same time.
It is the reason .

We have been creating music in a homemade studio called Bestia Productions.  It’s been quite a journey and in a music climate where it’s hard to be heard we really are passionate about finding like-minded artists.  We try to give everything we hear a chance as we hope you give ours a chance in return!  Our music can be hard to define as we have so many eclectic influences we draw from.
