Kludde is a shapeshifting waterdemon from belgian folklore that walks on his hind legs and who jumps on to the backs of people wandering outside the city alone at night. When he catches you, you have to walk with him on your back until the first sunlight. Kludde often transforms himself into a tree, small and delicate at first, but rapidly shooting into the clouds, while everything it shadows is thrown into confusion. Again, he presents himself as a black dog, running on its hind-legs, with a chain round its throat; and will spring at the throat of the first person he meets, fling him to the ground, and vanish.

The physical release is in the form of limited edition boosterpacks with unique artworks for each artist. Inside the booster pack you will find 20 tracks and 18 depictions of Kludde. Now available on Bandcamp. Link in profile.

“Sub Rosa” is Dominio’s first compilation album since the beginning of its publishing activity as an independent label at the beginning of this year. It features contributions from a list of both old and new friends of the collective which have performed at some of the different concerts that they have organised over the last two years. “Sub Rosa” is a reflection of Dominio’s strong commitment with their local scene as much as their search for a wider projection through international connections. Ultimately, their goal is to stimulate a dialogue between their particular context and the rest of the world. The presence in this album of a high number of collaborative pieces is, too, a crystallisation of this dialogue. Most of these collaborations were created by correspondence during the 2020 March-August period, and shall provide a sample of the constant appearance, evolution and reshaping of projects around the collective.

The figures displayed in the album cover are the work of the Valencia-based sculptor Claudia Dyboski (IG: @dyboski).

DJ YTP (they/them, https://instagram.com/9f1d9b829e/) is the previously-unheard music incarnation of Xenia fka Diego Innaro from Verona, Italy. Already appeared with a handful of other monikers on labels such as Artetetra (as Electro Summer Arcade), Die Schachtel (as Nazis In Paris), Icore Produzioni (as ChillD), and on our ‘WE NEVER WILL’ comp out this summer (as босс кокос), the DJ, producer, RocketRadio (VR) radio host, and owner of Svbterrean Tapes svbterreantapes.bandcamp.com, is presenting their latest laptop electronic music outlet which could be aptly described with the tags ‘Hardcore Eleganza Extravaganza’ and ‘Moronic Dank Dance Music’.

DJ YTP: “I wanted to encapsulate 25 years of passion and discomfort into a record that could be equally violent, technical, and fun, and at the same time immediately accessible and enjoyable. Enough with intelligent and serious music. Fuck any form of elitism whatsoever. This EP is dedicated to my squad”. 

Also featuring two stunning reworks by DJ Hristos @djhristos and @nahashisalive, members of DJ YTP’s url network, the three-track debut EP ‘I MISS RAVING, BUT I DON'T MIND VR SHOWS EITHER’ reminisces of the late 90s, rave-influenced music they used to listen and party to - such as eurodance, Lento Violento, and happy hardcore, all the way to tribe tekno and other exciting high-bpm styles. This broad range of inspirations has been collapsed into dense compositions of dissected industrial hardcore and breakcore, obtained via an algorithmic, deranged dismantling of multiple audio sources such as anime, movie, and videogame samples in the form of harsh rhythmic outbreaks. DJ YTP’s artistic process is to all extent similar to the one behind the creation of YouTube poop videos, in which loud desecration and conceptual destruction are meant as ultimate, cathartic liberation.
