Einige Songs sind wie ne Hüpfburg - sie braucht schließlich etwas Zeit bis sie ihr volles Volumen erhält - aber dann haste Spaß!

Was ich mag:

Momente, in denen der Funke überspringt und diese Magie im Raum einen Hauch von Perfektion verbreitet - Handgemachter House:
Wie zufällig aus dem Handgelenk geschüttelt aber ungemein präzise bedient der Dj seine Hardware. Auf Knopfdruck stimulieren Elektronen den Synthesizer, strömen durch ihn hindurch und lassen sich als Melodie auf die Tanzfläche treiben. Sie weichen den unerbittlichen Beat auf, ohne ihn seiner Durchschlagskraft zu berauben. Es entsteht eine geschniegelte Klangoberfläche. Ein Klangkosmos, extrem durchdacht und ausgereift. Die Bassline tut ihren Dienst nach Vorschrift. Organische Bassläufe, die dem Sound mehr Tiefe verleihen sind als kleines Extra erwünscht.
Wäre House eine Frucht, ich würde ungezügelt hineinbeißen und mir den Saft erst ganz spät vom Kinn wischen.
Doch manche Tracks klingen etwas spröde, etwas einfacher, etwas loopiger, als man es erwarten würde. Sie beeindrucken nicht immer durch kühne Architektur, sondern vielmehr durch ihr Augenmerk auf kleinste atmosphärische und klangtechnische Details, mit denen eine bekannte Baustruktur gefüllt wird.
House ist nicht nur die Musik, die im Club geiler klingt – vielmehr kommt hier die Philosophie von House als klangliche Ausprägung einer zukünftigen modernen Welt zum Tragen.

Was ich nicht mag:
Wenn Einzelinstrumente kaum erkennbar sind und Klänge zwischen durchschmelzenden AKW-Steuerungsblocks und absaufenden Schnell-Kochtöpfen im Mix mit Juniors Gameboy und Opas Weltkriegsdoku eine Melange ergeben.

Daniel Dreier has played an integral role in Berlins techno scene since the early 2000’s. 
Since his very first release on Highgrade records Chick 'n Chips which was a huge summer hit 2005 , played by the likes of Luciano and Richie Hawtin. Luciano even featured it on his charts on number 2.
It followed a residency for 5 years at Watergate, Bar25 and in the infamous Panoramabar. 
Collaborations with Guido Schneider , Tom Clark and Lee Jones followed on labels such as Bar 25 , Klang Elektronik (sublabel of Playhouse) and Sender Records. 
He counts Ricardo Villalobos as a huge influence who he saw play the first time in places such as E-werk and Panoramabar. 
Daniel has played all around the world and can adapt and sense what the crowd needs whatever the situation is.

He’s received notoriety in publications such as DJ Mag, Pulse Radio, Deep House Amsterdam, Insomniac Events, Pioneer DJ Radio, Ibiza Global Radio, Electronic Groove & MusicIs4Lovers.

Jonnie King’s most recent Tarantino-esque EP, “When The West Was One” on Tierra Sounds reached #2 on Beatport. Upcoming releases include a single on Constant Circles and an EP on Comport, as well a very special remix to be announced soon.
