To start the mix sounds nice and wide and full. I like the subtle, yet effective melody with an edgier feel and a darkness to it. Northstar11 is the artist name of the Norwegian producer Arild Nordstrand. 

Producing ambient electronica, soundtrack music and trance.

Signed to SJE Records and Legacy of Thought

Released the first album, Fracture, in may 2013 under the label CHILLAX MUSIC.


My musical history begins at the age of 16, with learning to play the guitar. 
Played in different bands for a while, but it never came to any releases.
Other things in life came in and took over for the music, and the guitar was put to rest for a while. 
Picked it up again in 2005 with the band oddrockers, and at the same time started looking into the digital world of making music. 
The interest of producing my own music rose, and in 2012 i started an education at an university in Norway. 
Put my first track out on Soundcloud around christmas 2012, and got an album released in may 2013 under the label Chillax Music.

Soundcloud has been a great way for me to meet other producers/musicians, and to showcase my music. 
Thanks to all who follows, comments and repost my tracks. I try to listen to the music of all who follows me.
