We are kicking off our mix series with a very special guest: NESA AZADIKHAH. Hailing from Teheran (Iran), Nesa is a dj and a music producer in her own right, with several releases ranging from ambient electronics to industrial techno. As the founder of Deep House Tehran, a pioneering platform dedicated to pushing forward electronic music culture in Iran and connecting with the global electronic music scene, her work is more relevant than ever.

Nesa’s taking us on a 90ies infused trip with fast paced breaks, acid lines, dreamy pads and vocals.

Not Your Techno Mix #1 -  Nesa Azadikhah

The second guest on our monthly radio show on @radioalhara is no one less than our resident CHEB RUNNER. Buckle up for an hour of tastefully remixed Arabic pop classics and experimental beats.

Producer Cheb Runner (real name Reda Senhaji) is a musical hurricane rooted in Moroccan soil, exploring electronic musical landscapes. Nurtured by both worlds, he represents a new sound of in-betweenness. Using first hand sounds and recordings of his own sample bank based on traditional instruments, he mixes playfully analog with digital effects supported with a unique collection of synthesizers.

Our third guest on our monthly radio show on @radioalhara is none other than Aroh.
@aroh-dj is part of Kontakt Group and often spotted at @crevetterecords. Hangin’ around on the streets of the Brussels Capital Region and collecting some wonderfully weird records and MP3’s along the way. Not to be pinned down in a corner or genre but with his eyes always on the prize, Aroh brings a selection of tunes deeply rooted in the archive of the subterranean music catalogues.

This month we have the pleasure of inviting Acid Lillies on our @radioalhara show!
@acidlillies16 is about dancing, loving music and sometimes noisy stuff. Not tied to one genre, she explores music all around with one goal : making people dance. From disco, to house, to hard techno with some jazz in-between, switching energy all around depending on the context she’s given. She recorded a deep, dancefloor ready mix to vibe to wherever you might be!

For the 6th installment of our mix series on @radioalhara we have the pleasure of inviting Briki aka Eyth.

Born in Tunis, he had a big role in shaping and developing the local scene into what it is currently. He is the founder of Warok Music, a leading techno label in Africa and Owner of Are you Alien Records.

Through the years, he has been working on his two projects simultaneously: Eyth, which is his Techno Alias and Briki, his House & Electro Alias, releasing multiple successful Digital and Vinyl records on both his labels and internationally renowned labels.
