The atmospheres generated by toxic plants, with the poisons we inhale, are environments of fantasy, hypnotic, where we release our most intimate desires. In a fantasy anything can happen, even what we long for the most.
 
'Las Flores Del Mal' are the flowers of death, but they are also the rotten, imperfect, hard flowers that embody a fecund and beautiful force. It is in the tension between darkness and beauty, in the darkest moments of life, that the most beautiful can bloom. From the Baudelairean-decadentist motif of Las flores del mal to the darker calm of a Lullaby, which does not want to let us sleep, this EP is tense between death and resurrection. Between evil and what could blossom from it.

MM PREMIERES are meant to transcend the ordinary and immerse themselves in the sacred realm of music, beholding the unseen and embracing the new melodic tapestry even before it unveils itself to the world.

The Khoinix Records album titled 'Fire in the Sky' amalgamates the haunting, cinematic elements that defined Ubre Blanca's previous work with their more recent emphasis on the dancefloor, thereby pushing the boundaries of the dark disco sound that the band has become renowned for. Throughout the album, you'll find a diverse array of influences, such as the techno vibes of 'Heatseeker,' the EBM energy of 'Prison Acid,' and the nostalgic echoes of 90s trance in 'Purity Spiral.' 

The unmistakable influence of John Carpenter can be discerned in both the title track and 'Stress Positions.' Notably, 'Stress Positions' is a dark, yet surprisingly danceable composition in a 6/4 time signature, making innovative use of the Roland GR-500 synth guitar while introducing the bass guitar for the first time in Ubre Blanca's discography.

We are delighted to introduce META MOTO's latest digital release, the second project by Karim Bornaz, titled 'LATE & ON TIME,' a debut 5-track EP under his alias Nasty Habits. Karim Bornaz, a Tunisian native now based in Cologne, has always been deeply immersed in the realms of Darkwave and Post-Punk influences. His persona is a fusion of shadowy, emotive synthesis waves, and he has taken it upon himself to craft a unique musical identity that artfully combines organic and electronic sounds.

The 'LATE & ON TIME' EP, set for release in 2023, has been meticulously produced and mixed by Nasty Habits. The music explores the complex emotions and experiences associated with the transition from high hopes to either ambitious achievements, vivid fantasies, or even unsettling nightmares. It presents the idea that it's never too late to pursue our aspirations and that recognizing this fact can spark a newfound determination to accomplish our goals. From an early age, he had the chance to enrich his ears with world music, classical music and experiment with rhythms and melodies on various instruments (drums, piano, bass). It wasn't until he came of age that he discovered synthesizers and production, to which he devotes much of his free time.
Having settled in Brest a few years ago, he discovered a powerful buzz around electronic music in the west of Brittany. This gradually enabled him to confirm himself and start performing in public, in DJ sets and live with his machines, in venues such as Cabaret Vauban and La Suite.
