"The LA duo of Loren Luck and April Love, AKA LUCKYandLOVE, are releasing their debut LP, Lucky+Love on SRD Music on June 30th. I’m hard pressed to believe that this is the duo’s first album. The quality here in no way betrays the fact that it’s their first foray into full length album territory. In fact, this stands up there with the best work of similar acts like Ladytron (or Marnie’s solo work) and the Chromatics. What separates LUCKYandLOVE from the rest of the pack is two-fold…undeniably catchy synth work and austere vocals that still manage to have a swagger (easier said than done). 

To say that I was impressed with this album would be an understatement. LUCKYandLOVE are synthpop done right…a nod to the past with a wink toward the future. The duo obviously know the strengths and weaknesses of each other and use their talents to create a near perfect blend of pop music. I can’t recommend them any higher than I have so far. Their debut album, Lucky+Love, hits June 30th and I can’t think of a single reason why you shouldn’t own it once is comes out. " - ECHO SYNTHETIC

Now nothing was formed when the faerie Sylph met a crazy Doctor known as Dr. Decay in a labatory of clones...

The duo went off on an adventure of sound and broken home casio keyboards. but one day, Sylph visited Dr.Decay in his labaoritory with some bad news...with all the frankenstein tracks the Dr.Decay had created, Sylph was too busy getting ready to go to never neverland to put her whispery voice to the tracks. So with a wave of faerie dust, Sylph vanished to the ether...

The Dr went off to try find the meaning of life...on his studies he noted different external effects which alter our thourghts and feelings. He went to his lab and disected, spliced, manipulted, cloned and stiched his
findings...to create the sounds which Now Nothing are now known as.

Now Nothing try to blend many influences to create an infusion of sound...not sticking to the general rock "4 to the floor Baby!" but experimenting with different time signatures and playing around with breakbeat drum patterns. Trying hard not to sound like an EBM band, but using Synths alone also avoiding the typical Darkwave sound. Drawing influences from Synth punk, Industrial, old school Goth/Deathrock and even a shimmer of Urban music.

Zeitgeist Zero are an independent gothic band.  Our sound is a combination of heavy guitars and industrial electronics combined with a Debbie Harry/Shirley Manson like vocal.  Our previous album, Ghosts of Victory, received huge critical acclaim and our music has received favourable press coverage, including BBC Radio 6, Sonic Seducer and Devolution.  We have played hundreds of shows throughout the UK and Europe allowing the band to build a loyal following.  The band has worked with top music producers Steve Whitfield (The Cure), John Fryer (NIN) and John Rivers (The Specials). Their three albums and EP have met with international critical acclaim. ‘Dead To The World’ and ‘The Blackout’ were voted “Album of the Month” by popular German music magazine Dark Spy. This has led to festival appearances at Wave Gotik Treffen, Infest and Whitby Goth Weekend.  Lead singer Teresa is also an award winning graduate filmmaker responsible for the band’s video content.

Black Magic Cyborg was created and is based In Austin Texas by Brandon Lynch in 2016. The music sounds resembles old Skinny puppy and Doubting Thomas brap sessions. With horror and Sci-Fi movie sound tracks influences like Begotten and The Texas Chainsaw massacre.  Major influences are the video work of Fever Ray musical influences of Coil, Skinny puppy, Diamanda Gala’s, Nurse with wound and influenced by the writings of William S. Burroughs, Philp K. Dick. Every song is based on a spell with instruments incased in bones and electronics. The look is a combination of cyber punk and witch craft. This is the chronicles of William Philp and his experiences with what would magic sound like.
