Quiet storm is a radio format and genre of romantic R&B. It's Sensuous, smooth and pensive, marked by jazz influences, and tasteful lyrics about intimate subjects.
"Babies were made while their parents were listening to Quiet Storm".

I wove lots of Sade remixes, songs by Juls Baby who is one of my favorite producers, slow Baile Funk, R&B anthems and obscure grooves. There's even Jazzy Romanian Hip Hop.

ENJOY the RIDE!! ...... 60 to 135 bpm .... 
Here is the set I played on 15th June at Sabah Bay - Koh Phangan together with Yaghmur on Viola and Mayu on Didgeridoo warming up the dance floor for Perfect Stranger.

Started at 5pm with most people chilling around the pool and on the beach..... very soft and gentle start to pick up from the Didg and the Viola from those 2 angels and builded slowly up during sunset until 8 pm.
I may could have been faster to build up but ... that is the way I felt.
Leaving the space and energy to ppl to connect and warm up for the upcoming night.
Ultimately I feel every party should be a continous flow btw the music played and the dance floor.
No point of pushing music up and wanting ppl to dance in the afternoon when everybody know there will be a full night ahed for dancing.

Pity we could not record the set including the Viola and Didg.

What an honour to share my love for ecstatic dance on behalf of Untamed: An Ecstatic Experience Philippines at Being Gathering on the sacred lands of Boomland ~ a truly incredible gift. 

Here in the heart of Boomland, we feel free to be, to explore, and to express. This set was dedicated to untaming, peeling back the layers, and casting aside any masks to reveal the truest essence of who we truly are. 

The energy of the set is uplifting, playful, joyful and energising, which matched the energy on the dance floor ~ vibrating with the love and unity of every soul present. 

Thank you to everyone who danced with us ~ your presence turned the previous night's heavy rain into a memory, replaced by the blessings of sunny and clear skies. 

Thank you Being tribe. May this set serve as a celebration to untame, to find freedom in every movement & every breath, and to embrace our raw, authentic selves.

Reconstruction and comparative analysis of the Central Mexican myths that deal with the first phase of the creation of the world demonstrate that they all tell the same story. They attempt to explain how the world came to be what it is; the result of a mediation between two poles: light and darkness. Such mediation is effected by the sacrifice which, by introducing the sun and the moon, causes day and night to alternate and restores life in the hereafter. They are both necessary.

Through systematic comparison, it is possible to establish equivalences and to clarify the symbolic meaning of several elements. This comparison also shows that the Tamoanchan myth of paradise, often said to be influenced by the Bible, owes nothing to the West. Finally, one can detect connections between the myths of Central Mexico and the myths of the Mayas and the Mixtecs and, in one case, with modern Totonac, Tepechua, Popoloca, and Chontal myths; connections that argue for the unity of Mesoamerican thought.
