Emerging from the dark of 2020 with this lush piece, ‘reaching through me’ is the first single from the forthcoming album, Kin due for release in summer 2022.  ‘reaching through me’ encapsulates the immense power of nature and the ability it has to guide you from within. Swirling arpeggios, from the Yamaha CS80, and divine ear candy percussion drive this introspective dance track

Ello lovely people! @sixmissing and I have a gorgeous new diddy for you to listen to :)
I did a rework of his track (Salutations) which is a lush Soundscape piece, be sure to check it out!
This was my first time remixing an ambient track and to make it my own required me to approach the writing process in a different way. I used the stems @sixmissing sent over and turned them into playable instruments in @ableton. The most prominent is the arpeggiator which drives the track ;0
The story I ended up playing in my head while working on it, was that of some benevolent alien species which had no physical form making contact with a human….weird right…that’s just the very loose story I saw in my head while chugging along with the music.
Outside of that, some notable instrument choices would be the bass and pads, which I believe are completely from @gfocesoftware OBE and then some arp flourishes from @arturia CS80
