Forming in 2010, Nummer is the pairing of 2 young London based French producers with an unquenchable thirst for acquiring obscure records & filling their studio with various pieces of second hand & custom built hardware / software.

From classic ‘four-to-the floor’ workouts, creeping Electro jams & ambient, abstract soundscapes to deep outer-space arrangements, Nummer lay out raw drum tracks & emotive atmospheres with style & finesse.

"Reach" is their second release (Their first was released by Peur Bleue Records) & shows many different sides to Nummer's sound, from the almost psychedelic, pastoral House of "Scion" to the 80's Boogie infected groove of "Moon To Jupiter" & beyond, their musical influences are unmistakable.

"Reach" will be available on 12" at the end of this month from all good record stores world-wide.

Artiste multidisciplinaire basée à Genève, elle s'éprend de pièces orphelines, de mélodies alternatives et autres dérives psychédéliques. Entre balades crépusculaires, matins brumeux ou après-midi ensoleillés : Oscura Resistencia propose dans ses sélections des paysages musicaux contrastés et captivants, à l'image du mix de presque 3 heures composé pour Chavanon Catharsis, entre spoken word, ambient pop, downtempo, explorations dub, folk et krautrock. 

C'est @pelorenzo qui ouvre la première heure avec des incursions folk et ambient.

Streamed May 21 2022 a week after my first and only trip to Florida. I didn't hear any of this music while I was there but I was inspired to make this mix nonetheless. Seems like '85 to '88 were the golden years. Everything on this mix is from Miami except for a few which are at least from elsewhere in Florida.

Nummer - Fantasia [PCLTD04]

In the wake of the ongoing Australian Bushfires that have devastated areas of New South Wales, the music community - both in Aus and further afield - have come together in spectacular form to raise funds for Bushfire relief. Be that through releasing new music, throwing parties or donating Bandcamp profits, we've seen a wealth of artists, labels and promoters use their platform as a means to spread awareness and gather much needed funds.

The likes of Mall Grab, Lou Karsh, Jensen Interceptor, Carla dal Forno and Animals Dancing have rallied behind the cause, and now Sydney-based label Moonshoe are joining them by bringing together 16 artists for a various artists compilation. The release features contributions from RAMZi, Freda and Jackson, Rings Around Saturn, Ben Fester and our premiere from French duo Nummer.

100% of the profits from the compilation will be donated to wildlife relief and conservation so please donate what you can.
