Drawing on their origins in the London leftfield scene, Xilla’s sound is rooted in an exploration of low-end textures, darker flow states, percussive overcurrents and skeletal rythms spanning bass, breaks, garage, techno, and dub. Away from the decks, Xilla is a member of Autonomy, a Miami-based collective specialising in underground bass-centric sounds from the UK, Europe and the Latin dispora.
