I didn't get into Soundcloud properly till out was out in South America. Weirdly I got a great reaction to this track which was one of the first things I put together on Cubase on a PC so all the files were stuck at home on a desktop. I've been waiting a long time to reconstruct the track in Logic on the Mac as the original was pretty rough and low quality. I managed to track down a better copy of the original as well so there's a more of the original on here. Should be cleaner...louder and more like it was always intended to be. Hope you like it.

Dark, triumphant and mysterious; the new Menahan Street band 45 single "Light's Out" conjures images of hard-fighting pugilists battling it out under a bare bulb, of a matador's graceful execution of a lumbering bull, of sweat, romance and victory.  Brought in by a rollicking, almost tipsy, Hammond melody and backed by a smoky smooth guitar line, “Keep Coming Back” eventually erupts into a swanky nightlife anthem, complete with red velvet curtains and a garnished highball.

Danish/Senegalese artist Kinck (https://soundcloud.com/kinckmusic), with her almost 6 feet and a pair of heels to bring her close to 7, she stands tall like an Amazon on stage, together with her, slightly lower, producer Dj Lektor (Aka Rasmus Allin). 

Their stuff was recorded in our studio house YO FOK, in the studio below Copia's and I realized quickly that it could go stylish as a cumbia stepper as well. Me and my man Clerici did a few sessions and the remix just came thru like it was already made.
