Be Careful

This is a song I wrote and recorded on a Sat night a few years back. It's kind of a story about ones loved one going out to party and you having the feeling that something bad will happen.

Broken Arrow

I use to see a young guy with reddish blonde long wavy hair and an acoustic guitar on his shoulder (rifle style) walking on Ludlum road. Later we jammed. He became good friends with my son. His talent was pure. His fingers were connected to his heart. Mike Boyd is gone. We all miss him. Recently met his brother. Gave him a copy of some recordings we made. I'll try to put them up here on Soundcloud.

Then You Fly

A bluesy, Nealish progression we were jammin with. Came home from the beach where we were staying. Something was haunting me.  Put extra reverb on the guitar played the rhythm track and sang this. It just came out. I think I kept that take.
