Resilient

Recorded this song in November 2016 right after the sad news of the death of a friend of mine. She had been diagnosed cancer and left us in just a couple of weeks. I did not get the chance of visiting her any more. So I tried to put all my grief in this song. 

Inspired by Johnny Cash's cover, realising that it's hard to touch this cover. Recorded at home at the dinner table with a Blue Ridge accoustic guitar and my iPhone's dictaphone.

Hurt - Nine Inch Nails (cover)

Wrote this song in May 2016 after a 5-day silence retreat. Quite a challenge, the retreat, I mean. Took me until September 2017 before  recording it in just one take on my iPhone dictaphone. Still happy I did. Next step is recording this more professionally. But it already deserves being listened to. :)
