Hi Im, Sir Charles 

In 2004 I was 380lbs Back in 2012 I had a goal to get down to 240lbs and to make it a Lifestyle. Well I have since gained a few LBS and I now weigh 272lbs. This time around I have no option I quit my career as a Professional Chauffeur which was hurting my legs, back, shoulder, and wrist!! Yeah no Bueno. Now I'm on a new journey Join me as i try to achieve my goals to become a Certified fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. Together we will Learn how to meal prep and make tasty healthy meals and snacks. We will also be interviewing guest along the way to get a look at what the fitness culture is like and what it takes to be in the industry. This is my journey and my station Live from Oakland CA. Every week I will upload a new episode of #M3ALPREP the podcast all about motivation, comedy, inspriation, Good food, & Fitness.
