Release thirty-two on Manjumasi presents a variety of reinterpretations of last year’s vinyl release Instant Transmission, from label founder atish together with Vridian.

A broad selection of remixers showcases the variety of sounds and styles that find a home in atish’s sets and in the Manjumasi label catalog. First up, Map.ache offers a groove-driven smooth and floaty remix of Touch & Go, well balanced with intricate details.

Next up, Mihai Popoviciu & Markus Homm do what they do best, putting some dance floor heat on Instant Transmission with a super-sturdy bassline groove and dubby textures floating over the mix.

Fast-rising Japanese producer boys be kko turns in two melodic mixes,with the Sanya Mix featuring a ripping unique synth lead, and the Yanagi Edit focusing on the deeper side of the groove and textures. iO Mulen takes things in a unique direction with a breakbeat-infused remix that mixes throwback elements with edgy modern sound design.

Finally, Indian producer Kohra wraps up the package with a late night interpretation, dark and dub-infused with molten metallic textures.

Transform "Transformation" - Tobi Neumann & Matthew Styles Remix

Nacho Marco’s remix from this 'Acid Flow' is inherent of such talent that dominates the battles of sophisticated deep house. The Valencian brings seriousness, body and attachment to the original version; he tempers it and makes it elegant growing upwards and making it a perfect tool to be enjoyed in the middle of the night, in that session that no one wants let go. His hectic progression, following the classical canons, is manual, and from the middle of his footage when the remix comes up, pimps, takes a break and explodes to turn into a more acidic final. This is not a cucumber; it’s a full salad. Top marks for this groovy exercise from one of the fastest growing national talents with bigger impact beyond our borders.

El remix que firma Nacho Marco de este ‘Acid Flow’ es propia de un talentazo que domina las lides del house deep más sofisticado y ajeno a luchas entre lo pasado y lo futuro. El valenciano le aporta seriedad, cuerpo y pegada al original; lo atempera y lo revista de una elegancia en constante evolución hacia arriba que lo convierte en una herramienta perfecta para ser disfrutada en mitad de la noche, en esa sesión acanallada que nadie quiere que llegue a su fin. Su ajetreada progresión, siguiendo los cánones clásicos, es de manual, y es a partir de la mitad de su metraje cuando el remix se viene arriba, se chulea, hace un break y estalla para volverse en una fanfarria final más acida, quizá, que el propio tema seminal. Esto no es un pepino, es una ensalada completa. Sobresaliente para este ejercicio groove y acidorro de uno de los talentos nacionales con mayor expansión e impacto fuera de nuestras fronteras.

Berlin based DJ and producer Patryk Molinari steps up for remix duties and gives Verana his 303 Treatment. Patryk knew electronic music would be a big part of his life from an early age. His late teenage years would become the moment he realised this passion was so strong and he started to produce his own music. He was influenced by the Big Beat scene but soon discovered house music opting for the deeper shades within the genre. He has released a plethora of top notch cuts across various labels in the last several years and shows no signs of letting up, definitely an artist to keep tabs on. As you'd expect from the remix title we're treated to a healthy dose of vintage 303 acid. A chunky kick drum leads the way as a meandering acid line coasts in the background over a superb thick bass. Cool FX, gated synths and swirling pads add colourful textures but it's the acid that gets under your skin giving this track a unique flavour. Top notch stuff you do not want to miss.

Greenthumb vs. JV - Grand Theft Vinyl (JV's Mix)

From 2012 the label Oblack was set up as an exclusive platform of music expression of Los Pastores, Snna and Nacho Arauz. From Valencia -if Ibiza excuses us- this label bets on undergound house produced on a digital platform, and especially vinyl. Up until now, several artists have released on the label: Luke Solomon, Justin Harris, Yaya, Tuccillo, Filsonik, Brett Johnson, Jay Haze, Phil Weeks, Djebali, Italoboyz or Neverdogs, among others. Their releases- with the highligts of 'Other Sentido EP’, ‘Smoke Game EP’ and 'Discover Base EP' -have been played by masters such as Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Apollonia, The Martinez Brothers, Loco Dice, Mirko Loko, Catz N Dogz and Ricardo Villalobos. They have currently have put out 19 releases, and they have signed as producers 11 of those in vinyl. At present, their 'Vinyl Only' project is the one they feel the most excited about, in so far as it brings back the most genuine format for djs, the 12”. In this new division they have released their first album- under the name of ‘Los Pastores with collaborations’- in which they have guests as System2, Javi Bora, Aldo Cadiz, Juliche Hernandez and Hanfry Martinez. 


Moreover, since 2013 their already infamous 'Oblack Label Nights' have taken their very own signature all around Spain. In this parties they have shared the dj booth with artists like Yaya, Tuccillo, Phil Weeks, Arado, Andrew Grant, Tato, Filsonik or Neverdogs, organising also their successful and acclaimed dates in Ibiza venues such as Destino, No Name, Sankeys or City Hall in Barcelona.
