This is not technically a cover - we diverged from the original when possible and went out of our way to make sure no melody was actually exactly the same (or Dillon would just be flagged again) - but it obviously is based heavily on the original Demon Slayer music.  

This is the first track worked on by all 3 of us (Waterflame, Denny Schneidemesser, pftq). It started with pftq for the first pass, then Waterflame for a second pass along with drums/guitar for the Climax and First Battle sequence, Denny making the strings and brass come alive in the Defeat and guitar-driven parts of the Climax sequence, and finally pftq doing the final passes and hundreds of iterations to get YouTube to stop thinking it's copyrighted. Big thanks to Dillon himself as well for providing a lot of valuable feedback to improve each draft.

Credits to the original Demon Slayer composers Go Shiina and Yuki Kajiura for the tracks this was based on (the fan animation originally used a splice of Kamado Tanjiro no Uta / 竈門炭治郎のうた and a few others).  This track has a cover license paid for, so the original composers are being compensated as well.
