Dance In Slow Motion 10/22 by Brigitte Noir

In January our label was invited for a takeover at Zentralwäscherei Zurich, where re460 and Vinyan brought some synths, drum machines and modular gear with them from their home studio and opened up the night with an improvised live set.

In the first half an hour, re460 starts with granular textures, organic atmospheres and sub frequencies that shake you up to the core.
The whale sounds that youre hearing are provided from our friend Adi that installed a hydrophone in Norway and records Orcas and other deep sea life.

With this eerie foundation being laid, Vinyan joined him as they began a voyage through layers of techno with a minimalistic, yet dark groove, that brightens up with some pads and house elements towards the end.

Enjoy this trip of deep, atmospheric groove!

Benikasas, a wannabe musical traveller brings an experimental set that was originally incepted during an overcast winter season. You might recongise his face from Radio Vilnius and Karakumai. A hidden passion of his is to take lyrical songs and wrap them with a mean kick and sometimes a crashing snare as well. Despite a danceable tracklist the original intention of this piece was to bring harmonies that clash and merge into one continuous hour.
