LATIGAZO VOL. 1 is the first release of a compilation series that seek to show the musical vision of Latigazo and celebrate the emerging club scene in Tijuana. This first edition brought together 6 artists from Tijuana who, as the only creative requirement, were asked to share a small selection of samples to form a sample pack which would serve as a source material for the creation of these tracks and as a representation of the amalgamation of sounds happening in the border city.

Reyna Destruction es una artista gender fluid trans, DJ, productora, model y multidisciplinaria, performer nacida en las fiestas y raves under en México. Su música fusiona ghetto tech, reggaetón industrial, IDM, techno, experimental club y Club Queer y Ambient todo creado desde un enfoque modular digital, con su voz, texturas orgánicas y efectos construidos desde cero.

Reina y pionera del Deconstructed Mexxa Club y experimental en México, llevando este sonido al límite entre lo sucio, lo crudo y con bajos saturados, aportando siempre su toque auténticamente mexxa.

Sus sets y producciones son actos que invocan cuerpo, memoria, nostalgia y poder. Nunca ha seguido formatos tradicionales: lo suyo es liberar, romper y poseer en la pista.

Her music blends Decontructed Club,ghetto tech, industrial reggaeton, IDM, techno, experimental Club, and Queer Club and Ambient ,all crafted from a modular digital approach using her own voice, organic textures, and effects built from scratch.

She is a queen and pioneer of Deconstructed Mexxa Club and experimental in Mexico, pushing this sound to the edge between the raw, the dirty, and saturated basslines, always adding her authentically Mexxa touch.

Her sets and productions are acts that invoke body, memory, nostalgia, and power. She has never followed traditional formats: her mission is to liberate, break, and possess the dancefloor.
