Izy Kactus is a Portland-based genre-bending indie rock band consisting of 5 songwriters, who together craft an eclectic mix of alt-rock, soul, latin, and folk music with an emphasis on storytelling and worldbuilding.

Some of the first 20 tracks I have scored in Musescore (free version).
The instrument sounds are quite extraordinary- I would never be able to develop my music as I have without Musescore.  To have an absolutely accurate score and parts played for free on demand, (strange how they grow on you, how even the sound of machines can...grow on you...)(the sound of leafblowers, well...so polychromatic...but I wish THEY would cease...)

Tracks with the red and blue image were recorded by Danny O'Hanlan in Portland Oregon back in the 90's...all for just 3 bills.....still grateful to this day!
