Cette treizième édition présente 8 artistes de 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴-𝗲𝗻-𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 et alentours, entre 𝐷𝑢𝑏, 𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑟 et 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑏.

L'artwork est signé Gseb, le mastering par EthnoRado.

Comme toujours, la compilation est téléchargeable gratuitement, mais vous pouvez faire un don sur Bandcamp pour nous aider à pérenniser le projet.

Subsquad Prod present the part #13 of our serie of compilations, the 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐃. Each part presents the dub makers of a city (and its surroundings) through a compilation of 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 available for free download.

This thirteenth edition is dedicated to 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴-𝗲𝗻-𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 and presents 8 producers from this area.

The artwork is realized by Gseb, the mastering by Subsquad Prod.

As usual, the compilation is available for free download, but you can donate to support us & help to perpetuate the project.

Maâkaï - Freedom Sound ft. Isha Bel (Subakh & Triya remix)

Le label bordelais Storm & Break nous offre une sortie événement : la sortie d’un EP signé Roots Zombie, consacré à deux remixs du mythique groupe Improvisators Dub. Une rencontre entre générations, une passerelle entre les pionniers et les héritiers d’un son qui continue d’évoluer sans jamais perdre son âme.

Tout est parti d’un moment fort : en avril dernier, Roots Zombie invitait des membres d'Improvisators Dub à partager la scène de la Rock School Barbey à Bordeaux. A la suite de cette date, il propose au groupe légendaire de numériser les bandes originales de “Improdub” et “Truths and Rights”, 2 titres sortis respectivement en 2001 & 2002 sur les albums Dub & Mixture / Super Vocal & Dub Session.

Plus qu’un simple exercice de remix, cette sortie incarne une transmission vivante, un passage de flambeau entre ceux qui ont ouvert la voie et ceux qui la prolongent.
