One of the most prolific and world renowned breakers around Krafty Kuts provided this promo mix way back in June 2007. I can't remember where i got this but i did download it all those years ago, 14 to be exact. This mix was when Breaks was taking a turn from the end of Nu Skool Breaks era and bringing it's own new defining genre with a whole group of artists now producing breaks tracks making the breaks genre even more so popular then ever.

With a huge back catalogue of music Koma and Bones paved the way in the Nu Skool Breaks scene in the early 2000's with hit after hit including the tune Morpheus on the TCR label. They were a three man outfit from the north west of Britain (Lancaster), comprising of the dj'ing duo Koma & Bones (Andy Duckmanton & Chris Kirkbride) and former drum and bass producer Proteus (Jude Sebastian).

Now manned singularly by Jude Sebastian, Koma & Bones will be releasing some brand spanking new material in the near future…..

Krafty Kuts, real name Martin Reeves is one of the most influential people in the electronic music scene today with experience as a DJ / Producer for more than two decades. Never one to be tied down to a defined genre Krafty has mixed it with the best and has crafted (pardon the pun) the breaks scene in to what it is today. Many artists have come and gone over the years but Krafty is still here leading the way !

This mix is from 2001 and was aired on Triple J Radio Australia as promotion for Krafty as he was on tour of Australia at the time. Lots of bootlegs, rework and remixes in this at the golden time of Nuskool Breaks.
