Overtracked - So Deep (Josh Gregg Remix)

To kick things off for 2018 we welcome Bristol DJ & Producer Marco Strous to the Laevo family with his Roll On EP. 2018 looks set to be a big year for Marco with recent releases on Elrow, Blanc and Little Festival Records.

The title track, Roll On, does exactly that. A weighty, rolling bassline and crisp percussion sit underneath cool vocal chops, providing a more minimal take on the Laevo sound. Back To Basics is a clubbier number with a huge punchy bassline. A simple, catchy but highly effective dance floor hit!

Accompanying the two original cuts are two unique remixes crafted by well established artists Josh Gregg & Havana Dub. Josh Gregg, on the back of his huge releases on Glasgow Underground and Resonance Records, has provided a massive take on 'Back To Basics' with a darker, more driven groove coupled with a heavy bassline; offering a real high energy variation to the original. The Havana Dub lads have also delivered with their remix of lead track 'Roll On,' really grabbing the track by the horns, injecting some of their jacking grooves and turning it into a real club monster.
