The Story Behind the TAILORS,

The Tailors is a producing and performing DJ duo
based in The Hague, the Netherlands.
There style is described as funky tech-house with a twist of soul.

Bastiaan & Jesse met during high school at age 15. They discovered that they both shared a passion for music and creating it. The love for different styles of music helped them find their own. 

Bastiaan was born on the 12th of July in 1989. At the age of 13 his parents bought him “Magix Music Maker” and this is when he started making songs with loops and samples. During this period he learned playing the drums and started experimenting with DJ-ing and producing. 
After finishing high school he went to the SAE in Amsterdam where he finished the Music Production Course. 

Jesse was born on the 17th of May in 1990. Jesse has always been interested in music, especially since his parents both were DJ’s in their younger years. At young age he learned mixing and had great interest in latin influenced music because of his Surinam roots.

Their fame started with funky remixes of classics from artists such as
Tracy Chapman, George Benson, The Whispers and many more.
They created their own style, which is deep, uplifting and funky.
The Tailors daily produce new original tracks for the world to enjoy.
They have performed in Paris, Cannes, Ibiza, Madrid, Monaco, India, Sao Paulo and many more places all over the world.

UK-based DJ/Producer LOWEY is a Northern Powerhouse coming from the city of Hull. When it comes to the sound of hypnotic beats and rolling bass-lines, he’s your man.

His DJ sets and performances are like a jolt of energy with an unpredictability that lights up the dance floor. He always delivers quality music and a good vibe by drawing inspiration from the best moments of nineties and noughties House Music, crafting them into a modern sound that fuses his earlier influences with the current Minimal Deep Tech sound.

He runs his own sell out events in his home town called “AURA” which have gained him a following in the city by hosting underground parties in intimate venues.

He’s quickly been developing his production sound, gaining his debut release on Kittball in 2023. He’s since had releases on Cocoa, Baikonur, SK Recordings, Remind Records, and has now signed an 3 track EP to Whoyostro for release in Summer 2025.

With his solid grounding in DJ culture, house music and his productions on the uplift, 2025 will see LOWEY’s profile rising fast.
