A little tune about two broken people finding a way to be whole again.

I wrote this after talking at length with a Vietnam veteran, after a gig at an American Legion hall. He wrote it. I just made it rhyme and set it to music. I never got his name. It's about being stuck near the front in Vietnam, and there are no surviving commanding officers. A tale of survival.
