The mega-talented TRC2 is back with another EP of epic beats. Showing his versatile and originality he has expertly crafted and blended the old and new as chopping breaks, heartfelt synths and speaker bending basslines symbiotically breathe together. The opener Age of Insecurity sets the experimental tone with ever-changing rhythms and ethereal atmospherics. Impossible Shifts keeps the ethereal nature and layers it with more rolling breaks and beautiful melodic stabs before Shadowy Forces assaults the listener with discordant piano timbres and an onslaught of layered breaks. The EP ends on the equally magnificent Star-Forming where the mood changes to lighter tones as soaring pads and melodic stabs sit serenely over the forever twisting breaks. TRC2 is showing himself to be an immense talent and we can't wait to see what he has in store for us next.
