One of our favourite artists right now, we've been rinsing Bastien Keb's LP 'Dinking in the Shadows of Zizou' ever since it first appeared on Soundcloud. A fantastically talented multi-instrumentalist, Keb's music is a steamy melting pot of jazz, soul, funk and hip hop. Listening to this mix it's clear that he takes his style from an equally disparate range of influences. From Wu-Tang to the beaded hair of Don Blackman, the blues of Son House and a stone cold classic from Neil Young, it's all there.

The A-side is a fresh take on Pharaoh Sanders 1974 cult classic 'Love is Everywhere’; an eleven-minute journey through broken piano melodies, layered vocals, party-time cowbell rhythms and heavy sub. The B-side 'Rytme Version' unfolds over eight minutes and is a dubbed out instrumental bomb of claps, hypnotic cowbells and added synth chords further building the suspense. Peak time alert!
