Out with their third EP of 2016, this August Monkey Safari will release 'Boris,' with remixes by Guy Mantzur and Victor Ruiz, showing the world once again that these guys aren't messing around. 'Boris' is the follow up to their successful mega-EP, 'Bernstein,' released in June, with remixes by John Digweed & Nick Muir and UNER. Their next four-track EP shows the brothers' more serious, grownup side, taking new risks with no vocals, utilizing empty spaces and slower buildups. 'Boris' showcases proper club music: dark and sweaty Tech House with a hypnotic twist.
In the first track of the EP, self-titled "Boris," Sven and Lars go even deeper into their trance trajectory bridging on the darker side of Techno. The second track, "Dodge," takes listeners on a mystical journey playing with deep ambient sounds and a drop that makes your heart speed up. Tel Aviv-based producer Guy Mantzur (Kompakt / Bedrock / Diynamic) drops his hypnotic and seductive remix of "Boris," impossible not to get lost in. Additionally, Brazilian producer Victor Ruiz’s up-beat and complex remix of "Dodge" is not to be missed. Monkey Safari's dedication to their craft is catching the attention of industry dignitaries and fans alike with their consistent releases and non-stop international touring. Starting off with the sleek and driving “Appassionata” composition. An indulging arpeggiated, moog-ish pattern builds the base for some magical layers of strings and keys! A precise kick drum and craft fully compressed low frequencies keep things moving below.

Introducing a warm melancholic mood with a solid foundation “Ambius” reveals its bulky bassline right away and turns into a straight deep techno moover balanced by a sweet kalimba atmosphere. 

With layers of a hypnotic ever repeating bass line pattern and shifting trancy steps “Botah” is lifting you to a higher level but keeping you grounded with Dru’s deep and profound signature punch. 

Moscoman is keeping the dreamy vibe of “Ambius” counteracted by a restless driving arp pattern which is giving the tune an undeniable seductive touch.

Each edition of the Four To The Floor series, now in its 16th installment, always presents four tracks that are some of the strongest secret weapons from the sets of Solomun.
Opening up the record is Maceo Plexs Mutant Magic, which gets the engine going with deeply pounding percussions and otherworldly synth dabs and vocals.
Up next the sinister sounding Plastic Head TV by Fairmont, a driving and dystopian melodic techno track.
Track number three is Louisville Lip (Abaze Edit) by Nico Garreaud, a Tech-House anthem with rapid drum patterns and energizing arpeggiators.
And lastly is dreamy Melodic House tune called Princept by The Vinyl Depreciation Society, a very versatile piece that experiments with an insane amount of sounds over its main structure and with that, rounds off this 16th edition of Four To The Floor.

Italian duo Armonica has been a project we've discovered a long time ago, so working with the full release with guys is our pleasure and honour.
Their significant productions with Connected Frontline, Stil Vor Talent and Multinotes, as well as the recent remix, done with MoBlack for the legend of afro-beat Fela Kuti, released with Defected, have become the main reasons to love guys' sound.
The main title 'Slave' is powerful and effective banger edging between the melodic influence of laidback Indie Dance vibes and the acid sounds.
We are happy to have Dutch producer Patrice Baumel taking his hands on the remix of 'Slave': going more underground with powerful low-ends work, catchy melodies and the enveloping breakdown, Patrice's version is the undoubted proper floor-worker.
The third 'Ratio' has a profound ground: major synth spots and the melodic elements are unified into the properly performed track.
Enjoy any of the tracks from the release, either all of them; the second will make us happier.
