Remixing Lapland is a new song inspired by the sounds and scapes in the Lapland Sound Collection.

The Lapland Sound Collection is a library of royalty-free authentic sounds taken amid the wilderness and local life in Finnish Lapland. These sounds can be used in music, podcasts, videos, as ringtones, or however you wish! Licensed CC-BY, you are free to use these sounds for any purpose, even commercial, as long as you credit Only in Lapland and share your new creations with #soundoflapland so we can follow your work and share it with our hundreds of thousands of followers and fans.

What is Lapland, you ask? Lapland is the northernmost region of Finland, mostly above the Arctic Circle. The last wilderness in Europe, this is a place for unwinding, reflecting, focusing or just having fun. Are you ready to climb your first fell? Hear the wind whispering through an endless pine forest? Feel the waves lap at your toes under the Midnight Sun? Then you might be ready for Lapland.
