Guiding us into this festal future zone is local producer, tastemaker and one of the brains behind the newly minted label Third Degree(@user-113301152), Nora Zion.

Slipping into pocket from the word go, @norazion1 is all gas and no breaks for this fifty minute fling - burning only the finest sour diesel. Seamless swaps between acid trance transmutations and depths-of-SoundCloud club tools happen in the blink of an eye, Crazy Frog says hello to Kernkraft 400 and the figurative smoke machine just never  bloody lets up.

Shell Tape 52 - Nora Zion - "Dance Meditations"

Twisting, whirling, twirling and shifting - a rubberised circle tumbles through the infinite. Coated in a hard chromatic sheen, its malleable form somehow maintains an bright solidity. As it dances through the nether world it leaves behind metallic figments of itself, overlaying individuals with particles of its dichotomous sheen. The man who released this strange rubber band? Willy Slade (@user-719393721-572155174), stepping into the Shell Tape arena.

For Tape 58 Willy digs deep into a dancing subconscious. Moments of light are offset by dark and silence gives way to rapturous sonic breakthroughs as he easily blends his way through future facing neo-trance, galactical broken bass and acid trip techno (just the right dose.)

Over the course of an hour tempos swell, crescendos crescend and we journey deep into Willy's outerworld. Flawless, dramatic and brain tickling, Shell Tape 58 wraps you up in a shiny rubber hug and flings you into the cosmos - enjoy the ride.

For Trushmix 181 we have Jennifer Loveless spreading the good vibes. Melbourne DJ talent and producer shows some skills with her mix.
This a one hour a nineteen minutes mix of power energy house and bangers for the dance floor. Quick mixes, stomping beats, percussions and a lots of elements coming in and out at a rapid pace.
No excuse, just straight to the point. Keeping the energy and groove all the way!

This mix was recorded live at Pitch Music and Arts Festival 2020 Victoria , Australia - just before pandemic hit , 3pm on a hot afternoon , really big crowd. And for sure the crowd was happy and had a good dance!

"Hausmusik is both a monthly mix series and chronological retrospective of club music from Germany, Austria and Switzerland from 1989 onwards. When I started putting together the mixes, I noticed that the more downtempo tracks didn’t really fit in, which was a shame. I had planned to do a few spinoff mixes featuring music that hadn’t made it into the series, but when asked if I wanted to do a mix for SEASIDE, it felt the the perfect opportunity to do just that.

I grew up in a coastal town called Kiel in Northern Germany, and the seashore up there is what I still miss the most about living in Berlin. I try to go back to my favourite beaches as often as possible, and when recording this mix I recalled what being close to the sea feels like. The title of the mix is obviously a pun, but also very much the truth.” (@finn_johannsen]

Unwaveringly passionate about music, Doug can be found diving deep into underground archives for his Drivetime show on beloved local community radio station RTRFM. Or commanding sun soaked dancefloors with his dynamic deejaying. Doug exhibits his knowledge here with this brilliant blend of post-punk oddities, breaky steppers and summertime grooves. Class is in session! 

This mix was recorded on Whadjuk Noongar country and we acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay respects to elders past, present and emerging.
