Before you an extraordinary set created by the Persian duo Madota. Two very warm, funny and incredible beings we truly see as brothers. We met years ago at one of Mira's birthday parties. It was as random as it was funny to meet the tall characters somewhere in the maze of endless entertainment. 

There was always a desire to work with the two. Their sets and performances have this alluring energy. But some things take time and so did our collaboration.

His productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures. He is resident at the Alpenglühen and Taiga sessions and owner of the label Antimatter together with Bule.
He is running as well, Alpenglühen, the label; and co-running Downbeat, Memories on Wax and Eleve.

Introducing "And Breathe" - A Dub Techno Odyssey by Sephirot

Embark on an immersive voyage into deeper waters, one that navigates submerged rhythms and interlocking musical currents. "And Breathe," the debut Dub Techno album by Sephirot, invites you to lose yourself in a hypnotic auditory journey that seamlessly blends rich atmospherics and binaural field recordings with fathomless kinetic pulses straight from the darkest dance floor.  Drawing inspiration from the pioneers of Dub Techno, Sephirot's weaves echoes of legendary figures like Basic Channel and Rhythm & Sound into his compositions. Yet, his distinctive fusion of haunting soundscapes and oceanic baselines alongside more contemporary elements pays just as much homage to UK pioneers like Burial, creating an compelling convergence of Berlin's club culture and the innovative styles that have emerged in the UK over the past two decades.

Within each track, Sephirot's compositions echo the ebb and flow of the tides, with serene moments intertwining with pulsating crescendos, offering moments of introspection and dancefloor euphoria in equal measure. One minute degraded dub chords are interwoven with intricate hocketed patterns and captivating two-step hi-hats, the next vast new spaces are conjured with dense layers of sound recalling Ambient innovators such as William Basinski and Taylor Deupree, as much as they do late nights from Bristol to Detroit.  Throughout, “And Breathe’s” diverse tracks become gateways to different parts of this journey, from the shimmering textures of “Zero Zone”, to the driving mechanical rhythms and barely glimpsed duduk melodies of “And Again (One for Pie Eye)”, to the spring reverb drenched title track, and even "Frog Galaxy" blunted and skittering rhythms, each composition draws you a little deeper into the album’s magnetic pull.

"And Breathe" finds its home on Natural Expressions, the sister label of Drift Deeper - a hallowed sanctuary for seekers of sublime electronic discoveries. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur of Dub Techno or a curious voyager of uncharted musical territories, “And Breathe” is a rewarding album that bears repeated listening.

Long overdue, but finally it’s going to happen. Listen to our newest podcast made by one of the most charming people we know: LUX. 
Hard for us to think about Leipzig and everything we love about the city‘s electronical scene and not to mention her. As former part of the IO Collective, dancing the pain away together in the woods and meadows countless days and nights, taking first babysteps as nervous DJs together, noticing her eating plastic deco apples on the Conne Island dancefloor, experiencing sunrise romanticism in Olganitz or by just watching all the photos she took over the years as Leipzigs scene and friendship-chronist over and over again.
The perfectly mixed and thoughtful selected podcast she contributed has everything we love about her and her music. This time a bit more „darker“ as usual (at least some of us would say), eclectic and elusive in a good way and non-stop with this special Lux-feeling in it what makes her one of the best DJs this city originated. Emotional, warm, meandering and truly danceable.  
Now living in Berlin and traveling around the world  she will always have a place in our hearts and parties even if we sadly can´t hang around as much as we used to.

His monthly show ‚Temptations‘ showcases tracks from these various styles, creating journeys to relax, switch off, dance or dream.
