Celebrating the show's two years anniversary AND a new year, Telephones pulls his dusty fingers out of the crates for a change, dedicating the first episode of 2023 to strictly new releases. Some from last year or so, and some freshies not yet out. A blueprint for the coming year, with usual eclectic selections ranging from ambient, experimental, jazz, breaks, street soul and balearic, to leftfield pop, dub, house, and techno + some in between, to the left, above and beyond.

The second annual Community Manchester party tribute to Phil Asher featuring the DJs wo were his closest friends & fellow music conoisseurs viz The Mighty Zaf who opens up then it's Craig Smith, then Afronaut with Irfan Rainy, Craig Smith & Zaf finish off the last half hour. It was a beautiful super authentic underground music event with the right crowd too. Enjoy.
