For those that are unaware, Ambient Babestation Meltdown is a producer, DJ and vocalist who has released with the likes of Optimo Music and Ritual Poison, with more poetic productions on the way. Her mixes travel through Techno, Tech House, Electroclash, Hardcore and more giving off relentless energy and we're delighted to have her involved.

In the words of Rachael:

"The mix is inspired by my recent set at Field Maneuvers so anyone who was there might recognise a few bits off it! Really went for a go big or go home festival bangers set traversing across early 2000s tech house slammers, electroclash classics and early '90s hardcore belters. And it's all very music in the spirit of early 90s hardcore haha. Enjoy xx"

Emma Blake grew up in Glasgow, but the origins of her artistic career can be traced to Copenhagen. A few years ago she moved to the Danish capital for her studies, and a discovery of the local techno scene quickly led to her playing regularly at clubs like Culture Box. Usually this would involve spinning a mix of hard-and-fast techno and acid as one quarter of the much-loved Apeiron Crew, but the last twelve months have seen Blake gaining recognition beyond the collective. 

Blake’s offbeat studio work has played a part in this rapid ascent: her glitchy electro tracks have come out on labels like Outer Zone and Brokntoys, she regularly collaborates with Ctrls as Historical Repeater, and earlier this month Modeselektor used her pulsating cut 'Masha' for their 'Modeselektion Vol. 04' compilation. She joins them for Modeselektion with us on 16th June, so ahead of the date she sent a mix that highlights her love of broken techno and electro.

Next up is Bristol-based @zobol. A seasoned producer and DJ with releases on lables such as @scifact, DSP, mint-tea-records, and @afuturedimension (EON records) to name a few. He also runs his own record label Distorted Sensory Perception (@dddsssppp) with @entrave, releasing forward-thinking electronic music, often leaning on the deeper side of electro, braindance, and techno. Zobol takes his woozy sound and lush atmospherics for a 1-hour spin. Lock in!
