For the 102nd entry in the Honcho Podcast series we have a very special recording to share with you all. In 2019, Honcho had the honor of playing the Genosys stage at Glastonbury and it remains to be a career highlight for the crew. The Genosys stage lived in the Block9 area and  aimed to explore the birth of analogue electronic music and its lasting legacy. 

We felt this set was a perfect example of our sound and a beautiful, cohesive moment for the three of us (@clarkprice, @humanaut-aaron, and @dadhemar). In typical late night fashion, we closed out the stage from 3 - 6:00AM.  There is nothing better than taking the decks at night and working a crowd straight through a sunrise. A huge thank you to Gideon and the Block9 crew for inviting us to play and for the tireless amount of work they put into the festival.

This mix explores UK street soul and everything related to it, from ragga to hip hop. Music that makes you smile and cry at the the same time.
