My name is Professor Avalon... oh no, I'm not a HumanMaschine; I'm just human like you folks... well aside for a few augmentations. Although having HumanMaschine assistants would be extremely helpful here on the 4th floor, as a security precaution, we don't actually want to automate everything here. Why you ask? It's because we have a lot of live weaponry, and we don't want any HM hackers from rival corporations tampering with our arsenal with HumanMaschine infiltrators. The HumanMaschine you occasionally see here are all under the command and oversight of the Professor Lucius Slater, who runs their programming and routines.  

Anyways, if you'd follow me this way, you will see that we are approaching the Small Caliber Firing Range. Here, we have a vast arsenal of weaponry from ages past, present, and future. Fancy yourself testing your dexterity when you load and fire a black-powder 18th century musket? Or perhaps you want something more modern, like a M42A pulse rifle with an under-barrel smart grenade launcher? We also have a variety of exotic ex-sol armaments, from Proxima Centaurian Dub-Fire machine guns to Oktopus eight-barreled homing micro-rocket systems. Or perhaps you're a traditionalist and you want something smaller, such as our reproductions of 1873 Colt Single Action Army revovler or a lever action .22 cal plinker... oh you've shot them before? At Westworld? Ok, then what about a tactical thermobaric drone hunter? Bet they don't have that at Westworld or over the ocean at Fortress Europa!

As you continue onward, you will see a massive dome in the distance. That is our  FIBUA simulation hanger, which covers at 10 km² area inside our complex. With the lastest technology in holographic and full body augmented VR, you may select a battleground of your choosing and equip yourself with out vast arsenal. Hold team building corporate activities and learn about Fighting In Built Up Areas with simulated historic cities or towns. Learn how to manage a lava river crossing! Participate as opposing force members and train with our security regiment and chroniclers stationed at this complex as well. Make an appointment with your local-net augments now; book in groups of ten or more and you'll receive a 10% discount on all North American Federated States weaponry and equipment.

Finally, at the end of this corridor is shipping and receiving. This is where we import raw goods that goes straight to our automated manufacturing lab on the 9th floor. All armaments here are tested and we assure you of its quality and reliability in your theater of operations; all weapons, gadgets, and equipment we create here are exported to nearby hive cities, across the ocean to other territories, and across the stars to exo-planets in and beyond the Sol System. Dr. Umcell runs operations here, ensuring that deliveries and shipments thoroughly checked and processed on time.

Following on the heels of last year's "Circuit EP", which got support from the likes of Scuba, Matthew Dear and 2000 And One, Andre Crom starts into 2017 with "Short Circuit", another offering of stripped back and highly functional dj-tools.

The title track's energetic drums are inspired by it's predecessor, but "Short Circuit" ditches "Circuit"'s vocal in favor of a mental industrial percussion-lead.

"Impedance" takes things towards a more stripped back and minimalistic route, the "randomly" syncopated drum patterns giving the track an ever-evolving feel.

Tallmen 785, a new member of the OFF-family and known from releases on Hotflush, Fiedel and his own "Tallmen Records", delivers a trippy and hypnotic underground remix.

During the recent years, Terence Fixmer kept on being prolific by producing and releasing his music output on well esteemed quality labels such as Ostgut Ton, Novamute, Jealous God and recently on Aufnahme+Wiedergabe. Following a constant workflow, Fixmer decided it is now time to restart his label Planete Rouge which he launched back in 1998 already but has always been irregular in terms of releases. The label will relaunch after a 4-year hiatus with his new 12”.

Terence Fixmer’s ‘Oppression’ EP is a great resume of his unique sound design signature, delivering a collection of four energetic tracks that speaks to the soul.

On top of it, as an homage to one of his all time favourite tracks of ‘The Normal / Warm Leatherette’ from 1978, Fixmer decided to rewrite this 40 year old tune from Daniel Miller as a a personal pleasure and fun.
By using as well the Mini Korg 700 S Terence Fixmer recreated nearly the original sound, keeping a track that is loyal to his own sound as well as its original spirit.
