Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

From the shores of the rivers of the sun come sounds, sounds various, beautiful and horrible with life, sounds as old as time, heard when brute creatures trod the earth, sounds that owe nothing to civilization. A hypnotic tale of roses and enchanted love amidst the misty, rippling waters of a wet dream. The dusty twilight of day and night sets the atmospheric backdrop for the dreamlike groove visions of Berlin based producer GATS. AIWAA, GERRA G, and OHXALA dedicate their remixes to the rollin, Shamanic and Brasileiro Electronico side of things and they provide three more exciting adventure stories for mystic music dancefloor explorers. It's this music that extends between oceans and mountain slopes. It's this music that is much bigger and much more adventurous than the four walls of a club look like.

Today's premiere comes courtesy of @spazio-palazzo, a self-described "pizza mandolino duo" from Milan. They've done an amazing re-edit of Italian pop icon Lucio Battisti, which has been receiving heavy support from the likes of Bawrut, Autarkic and Moscoman.

While the original used to be a staple in Villalobos sets, Spazio Palazzo's version adds in creeping, lysergic drums and eerie ambience to create a slo-mo epic with its own strange presence.

Emerging from the native sounds of Anatolian psychedelic, Islandman represents a merciless hunt for undiscovered aural compounds. Accordingly, Kaybola, is a cornucopia of exotic field recordings, stroboscopic electronics and endemic instruments.
