believe it or not, this used to be the same sound from yesterday (march 27)…. it went something like this:

1. record op1 via the speaker out with the built-in microphone of an old consumer reel to reel tape deck (from ll inc, japan)

2. RTR had a tape loop in it, running at a mere 1 7/8 IPS

3. RTR has a buzzing/hiss problem

4. put the whole thing through the eventide h7600 patch from yesterday, the chordal looper

record for 15 minutes… (this is just an excerpt)
