During lockdown I embarked on a project that I poured lots of love and time into to create some mixes for psychedelic journeys within a therapy context commissioned by the amazing Dr. Lani Roy. 

These mixes have been used with much success in therapy but we believe it’s time to launch them out into the world now!!  

I’ll be releasing one a month on my SoundCloud over the next few months….

Grateful to play for a sold-out event with about 120 people, held in a special venue in a beautiful city.

I'm calling my events "Tropical" because I weave lots of African, Brazilian, Afro-Latin, Funky and Tribal. 

At these events, I usually hold the entire container - opening circle, warm up exercises, dance journey, music meditation and closing circle.

I also share some ideas and practices with the organizer and the team with the intention to deepen the experience and offer this gift to more people.

Dancers often share that they danced with others more than usual - This resonates with my intention "Through dance, we connect deeper with ourselves, others, and life".
