While some artists work towards advancing their egos, others function more as a backbone, supporting music culture and giving it a foundation to grow. Our next guest, Sabine Hoffman, is most certainly the latter mentioned. With an infectious passion for vinyl and an immense musical knowledge that encompasses all subsections, she has been enchanting listeners and building support systems in her hometown of Berlin for years. Her event series "Frauengedeck" spotlights the female and non-cis talent around her and provides a platform to lesser-known artists. Whether you see her in her element in many of the renowned clubs in Berlin or working behind the counter of OYE record store in Neukölln, Sabine is sure to greet you with a smile and some seriously good records. It's this spirit and attitude that makes Sabine a perfect fit for UNRUSH in these troubling times. So take a deep breath and listen to the vinyl hum...

On Board is proud to present its newest project, ’The Meaning of Time’ - a 23-track compilation exploring the rift and alteration in time perception global health crisis that’s crippled all sides of our societies has engaged amongst artists and creators. The dedicated goal of this charity V/A is both to document this very special time in our lives and serve as a means of solidarity when most of us out there are struggling to make a living. Content wise, and true to the essence of our vision as a label, the music mainly spans the techno and ambient spectrums, with original content. 50% of the benefits from the sales will go to the involved artists, whilst the remaining 50% will be donated to Sea-Watch - a German NGO that rescues migrants in the Mediterranean, notably by commissioning rescue ships.

The truffles of Venus (or better known as Capezzolli di Venere). These forbidden and tempting confections/truffles (sounds) are heavenly, authentic gems. They are said to be so pleasurable that to eat (listen) them is like kissing the breast of the goddess herself. Chestnuts (ambient), brandy (drone), and high-quality dark chocolate (slow techno) are the key ‘ingredients’ that reveals the entity and total development of this smooth and husky mix at the same time. Vibrant, colourful, brawny, well built, trippy, light and fluffy. Incredible novel and refreshing sounds melting with enriched textures and later cool down with amniotic organic sounds. Naughty and delicious divine temptations you try to escape from but you cannot, can you?
