I’ve always felt that the original “Dustup” by Noisia and The Upbeats had a strong wild west, Mexican standoff, gunslinger kind of vibe. This remix is my homage to that feeling, adding even more musicality inspired by Ennio Morricone’s classic scores. I’ve tried to bring a fresh 2025 retouch to enhance that timeless vibe, making it a special tribute to a track that resonates deeply with drum and bass fans of my generation.

I absolutely had to mix this vocal into a drum and bass track—it just felt like a necessity! I ended up transposing the vocals upward and crafting my own musical arrangement around them to give the whole piece a completely new energy and atmosphere. I really hope you enjoy how it turned out.
