Die Energie und das Feeling von Clubabenden, Open Airs oder Festivals in einem Mitschnitt einzufangen ist nicht immer einfach. Dennoch versuchen wir genau das, mit unseren JedenTagEinSet Podcast Spezialausgaben. 

Ein ganz besonderes Feeling herrschte Sonntag vor einer Woche im Gärtla in Nürnberg. Die Reihe NASTY bat zum Tanz bei einem der letzten Open Airs des Sommers. Getreu dem Motto „Fairytales of Nasty“, war die ga...nze Location verziert mit Blumen, selbstgebastelten Fliegenpilzen, wackelnden Wichtel und vielen mehr. Die Nebelmaschine leistete in Kombination mit den Lichtern und den gelegentlichen Regentropfen ganze Arbeit und verwandelte die Location am Abend in eine atemberaubende und funkelnde Zauberlandschaft. Wie immer wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet und eine grandiose Atmosphäre geschaffen. 

Auch die DJs haben sich sichtlich wohl gefühlt und Spaß gehabt. So konnten wir das Set von einem bestens gelaunten Hagen Mosebach für die dritte Spezialausgabe ergattern. Der in Halle lebende DJ und Produzent ist zu Hause auf Ron Flatters Label „Pour La Vie“ und hat mit seiner „Bastarado LP“ bereits für Furore gesorgt. Zweieinhalb Stunden versorgte er vergangen Sonntag die euphorische Menge mit Deep-House, die wir Euch nicht länger vorenthalten möchten.

Swiss duo ‚Fat Sushi’ is currently making its trademark on the underground clubland by signing their debut EPs on the hype chart-rocking OFF Recordings – featuring the vocals of US legend Roland Clark – as well as being signed to Oliver Koletzki’s Imprint ‚Light My Fire’ Records and Coyu’s ‘Suara’. It looks like the guys from Zurich found their own tasty receipe for ‚Fat Sushi’: Oldschool flavoured beats meet powerful basslines with a funky twist. Simple, yet very effective.
Being in the game for almost two decades before they decided to join forces in early 2013, you can hear the inspiration of various musical styles in their productions: from oldschool Chicago House to the late 80ies and early 90ies – already being supported by the current keyplayers of the Deep House scene such as Reboot, Jay Lumen, Round Table Knights as well as Robert Owens, Boris Dlugosh, Kolombo or Tapesh.
Keep an eye on this Swiss cold fat fish, because sooner or later, Fat Sushi will make you dance…

Einmusiks „5 A.M.“ was a well celebrated album and we are proud to extend the trip with names like Acid Pauli (Katermukke), Oliver Schories (Der Turnbeutel), Kruse & Nuernberg (Off Recordings), Animal Trainer (Stil vor Talent), Marc DePulse (Noir Music) and Ran Salman (Steyoyoke). The „5 A.M. Remixes“ are all epic odes to the synth with deep and dark baselines and a strong unique character.

Acid Pauli decided to combine a pumping groove and a really crazy and spiky line without loosing the original. His version of „5 A.M.“ is going straight into your knees - a masterpiece! Kruse & Nuernberg choose to make a version of „Screaming Hand“ and it became a high class house production with open spaces and uncompromised claps. It’s a floor-killer, no doubt! Oliver Schories also picked „Screaming Hand“ to bring it into a match of cold sequences and summer-like moments. The baseline is hard and dry, lovely and gloomy at the same time. Sun and clouds change on the sky. Animal Trainers „Bisloa“ version is a big floor killer. The clap is running, the syths are very free and hypnotic and the vocals are on point. Marc DePulse is on the way with „Sacro Bosco“ - hypnotic and full of powerful moments. A bomb without compromises. Last but truly not least we welcome Ran Salman
with his „Azur“ remix, which is bringing you back to the start of this magic journey.
