Little Vitamins is the ambient / drone musical solo project of Josh Yoder.   He is also founding member of the band Jungol. 



I (Austin Theodore) have been regularly in bands/playing shows, in Atlanta & Athens, GA (including one show in Chapel Hill, NC), from 2003-2016. I was almost always on the bass and backing vocals. The most serious bands included Moon Unit, Prez the Boxer & the Stoplight Roses. I started working on some of the songs and doing low-fi recordings as early as 2007 under the name "Manic Pansy and the Spinning Animated Man". 

Otter Space started as a way to use my own music & lyrics; have control of how the EP/demos & the polished album. I recorded, mixed & released the EP of demos for the Question Mark Sea in 2012. I was regularly playing local open-mic nights, as Otter Space, weekly in 2012-2013. 

The Question Mark Sea was written between 2010-2015. Willis Holder was essential in making this album happen from 2014-2016. We recorded in Spring & Summer of 2015, & my wife Alison has also been doing all media since 2015. 

I met Willis Holder when I started playing bass with The Stoplight Roses in early 2014. Willis is a talented multi-instumentalist, singer, and song-writer and has the ability to transform any ideas that I have into something extraordinary. He produced, played many of the instruments while singing harmonies.

I released  The Question Mark Sea in October of 2019. My wife, Alison Theodore / Cinebot Video will be releasing the video for Kaleidoscopic Memory.

Not to mention the extraordinary help from Bob Wheeler with Sound Engineering & Bandi Tomaschek @Spinning Whale Studios for Mastering.

The Stoplight Roses are a rock'n'roll band from Atlanta, Georgia. Taking their name from the Nick Lowe song, and with a nod to The Jesus of Cool's vintage style of songwriting, they combine equal measures garage, power-pop, indie rock, and country.
