My interpretation of "Reach Out I'll Be There", the song re-written by Richie Kotzen  / from his Album "Mother Head's Family Reunion" (1994), which includes lots of favorite rock licks of mine and these have affected my playing style in varying degree since then...

This is for a sort of rehabilitation and for a change...and thus is a kind of literal cover (almost no arrangement except on the vocal section and a few small compi-fill/obbligato additions) unlike in the most of cases I usually arrange the song a lot whenever I do a cover...while vocal parts (including backing vocals, chorus) are substituted by the Synth organs / 3rd verse sections and ending solo part are omitted in this cover.

I first covered all songs in this album about 20 years ago (all by ears)and played with my band, and have not played for a long time after then...but fortunately still could recall all licks in this song:) 
Hope you enjoy. Any feedback will be appreciated.
