A track born from history, loss, and controversy, For Hawwa and Aimina carries the echoes of a song that has traveled through time, reshaped and reimagined across different hands and intentions. Originally written as a Madhaha by Hussain (Pinkey) before his passing in Syria, the piece resurfaced when an unknown voice gave it new life, uploaded to YouTube by Mazin Abdul Rahman on September 23, 2013.

Later, Mohamed Simon (Om:mega) transformed it into a haunting remix, fusing witchhouse, phonk, hardwave, and dark ambient, blending its spiritual roots with an eerie, modern intensity. The song’s controversial past became even more layered when Haanee created a visual piece aimed at a political attack on the Adhaalath Party, releasing it on June 23, 2013.

By 2014, the track reached SoundCloud, where it went viral, cementing itself as a piece of underground history.

Now, its legacy continues—driven by deep, brooding basslines, ghostly atmospheres, and the haunting weight of its past.

Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and procreation who arose out of sea foam on the coast of Cyprus. Therefore she is also known under the name Cypris, her Roman equivalent is the goddess Venus and she is also identified with the Ancient Egyptian goddess Hathor. Myrtle, doves, sparrows, horses, and swans were said to be sacred to her. 
Her father Zeus fears that because of Aphrodite's beauty other gods will become rivals to possess her. Therefore he marries her off to the god of smithing Hephaestus, who is overjoyed to be married to the goddess of beauty. He manifactures her stunning jewelry that make her even more irresistible to others.
As one of the Twelve Olympians of the Greek pantheon and thus a major deity, worship of Aphrodite, (or Aphrodíti), as a living goddess is one of the more prominent devotionals in Hellenismos (Hellenic Polytheistic Reconstructionism)the revival of ancient Greek religious practices in the present day.
This set is a recording from a nice outdoor party by Sound Elements Productions near Nikosia in April 2016 where i played a set into sunrise.

I was given an awesome opportunity to close out a bud's birthday bash livestream extravaganza (on very short notice, like 3 hours beforehand), with 10+ DJs spinning all sorts of genres through the day and night! It was a sunrise set (I started at 5:15 AM EST, birthday boy was based on the east coast), so I played out airy, spacey atmospheric stuff that set a fitting vibe to the end of a wild day. 

Originally I was supposed to go for an hour, but they loved it and told me to keep going, and I was feelin it! It was an absolute blast. Probably not my cleanest set as I had no preparation, was pretty drunk, and had been streaming for like 6 hours already at that point, but hey, it worked out!
