To close the year 2021, Oddity presents the long awaited various artists, Odd Echoes vol. 5, loaded with hypnotic melodic cuts from new and returning artists.

The V.A, showcases the label's cohesive, yet diverse and evolving melodic sound, with a number of artists brought together to create this magical journey.

Opening the V.A label boss Fur Coat delivers a new collaboration with Alfa Romero, introducing us to the construction of the deepest, most ethereal and melodic sounds, where artists like Adamant, Baime, aacht, Esoteric Circle and Andrea Martini show a coherent crescendo in the timeline of the compilation.

Continuing the story, we can see new names joining the record label like Casper Cole, Rinzen, Jos & Eli, delivering some diverse melancholic yet euphoric cuts.

Digging further into the compilation, sounds like those of the collaboration of Jonas Saalbach and Tantum, or the originals by Remcord, Lexer, SOEL, 19:26, Beswerda, Sascha Breamer bring a touch of darkness that transport us to another dimension in sound.

Last but not least, Aalson, The Element MT, Daijan ft. Running Pine, Black Peters and Jody Barr, present some closing-oriented emotional cuts, with some of them including some breaks or experimenting with some unique synths and textures, to ensure the perfect closure to this story we call Odd Echoes.

Cyantist & MI;LAN are two fine individuals, but also talented DJs & producers with an impeccable taste in melodic niche.
They have landed to our imprint with a 3-tracker impeccable EP called "Ghostly Reverberations" full of melodic-synth perspective which is melting with the techno-based sounds.

"Ghostly Reverberations" is a powerful but at the same time harmonious track with a sweeping synthesizer that alternates with multiple organic percussions and top-notch notes that carry us to the climax of our experience. The hypnotic lines weave in and out and shifts in ambiance and frequencies unfold. The result is just majestic.

The second track “Java” brilliantly combines two antagonistic forces, experimental synths and melodic, symbolizing the duo essence, a perfect contrast between harmony and chaos, presenting characteristics never seen in the artist's previous productions. It's a powerful weapon, which fits perfectly in the most energetic moment of the dance floor!

"Artifact" is composed by a diversity of sounds that helps us activate a state of consciousness with a continuous and mesmerizing groove, in which an initially dark and shadowy atmosphere slowly transmutes into a bright dawn. The music tells us a story that begins with an engaging melody guiding our ears through a mysterious atmosphere, in which rhythmic elements are progressively presented until we reach a small break, giving us the feeling that something extraordinary will happen, then when our guiding melody suddenly disappears and darkness takes over our horizon, organic percussions and dark drones sneaky carry us to the climax of our experience. The result is just majestic.
