LFO:BRAIN emerges with Sub-Zero, a debut carved from frost, steel, and static. It’s raw electro that bleeds emotion through machine code, harsh yet human, cold yet alive. The EP feels less like a release and more like a signal intercepted from another dimension: fractured rhythms, glacial synth currents, and shadows of feeling hiding inside the circuitry. A first chapter that doesn’t orbit the scene, it drifts outside it, tracing its own constellation.

● Aztronouth (also known as Oortfunk) is an electronic music artist and DJ from the Netherlands, active for more than 20 years. He is the founder of Mechanism, a long-running Amsterdam event series dedicated to Detroit techno and electro.

As Aztronouth, he produces futuristic electro and techno, while under his alias Oortfunk he explores downtempo synth-funk and experimental sounds. His music reflects strong influences from hip-hop, disco, Detroit techno, and hi-tek soul, blending them into a distinctive style.

He is part of Waveform Syndicate [LIVE] (with Luus and Machinefunk) and has released music on respected labels such as CyberDomain, Boomstraat1818, Connectome Records, Abstract Rhythm, and Space Is The Place. With a career spanning two decades at the nexus of music and technology, Luke Sanger is a relentless innovator. While his roots are often linked to techno, his artistic output defies easy categorization, constantly exploring the full spectrum of electronic music. On the Cabin Pressure EP, he turns his focus to electro, injecting the genre with his uniquely offkilter and captivating sound. 

The EP is a masterful display of analog synthesis. Sanger crafts simple, infectious basslines and leads, then sets them in motion, allowing them to converse, modulate, and evolve into a complex tapestry of sound.
