Post Rave Cocoon is mix series for a soft landing, where artists soundtrack the slow drift back into your body after a weekend in motion. 

A tender and transportive companion. 

Alongside the music, they share their own wind-down rituals, grounding gestures that calm the nervous system after days of overstimulation and sleepless nights.

“When I get home from a rave, I always start with a shower. I imagine that I rinse off the night while I’m focusing on the sensation of water falling onto my skin. Then I slip into fresh, comfortable clothes for bed—a signal to my body that it’s time to start winding down.

After plenty of sparkling water and a nourishing snack, I ease into the thought of resting. I make sure my bed feels super cozy, and I keep my little dog, Mario Jonson, close for emotional comfort - my mind often feels very restless after a big night. 

I tune into any areas of tension and give myself a gentle massage. My shoulders and feet are my favourite places to slow down and release into feelings of pleasure. Resting a hand on my chest and another on my belly, I keep coming back to the quiet rhythm of breathing in and breathing out.

Sometimes, I recall a memory of deep peace—like falling asleep at the beach. I remember the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun on my feet, and the gentle breeze cooling my face… until, almost without noticing, I feel my body soften and drift into sleep.”
