Rødhåd's next release will come via his Dystopian label and the sinister imprint is releasing an eight-track compilation to mark the tenth release. An ever-evolving entity, Dystopian is now also a fulyl functioning record label, booking agency and club night.

We've got the premiere of 'Like Tears In The Rain' from the compilation and Rødhåd has smashed this one out of the park. Menacing kicks, pulsating riffs and cymbals that thrash and crash profusely.

This weekend you'll be able to catch Rødhåd in his element as he heads to Belgium for I Love Techno festival. The long-standing party is highly regarded for its diverse line-up with a clear focus on bringing that techno heat and alongside Rødhåd on the day is DJ Rush, Dave Clarke and Brodinski b2b Gesaffelstein to name a few.

Maeve is the record label run by three close friends, Mano Le Tough, The Drifter and Baikal.

For Maeve’s eighth outing it has enlisted the talents of long time friend Ed Davenport. The record grew from a chance hearing of some new material at Ed’s studio one night and after a brief discussion it was decided that the tracks would find a fitting home at Maeve. 

Although recently more known for his harder techno releases under the moniker Inland, Silver Walks is some what a return to Ed’s roots. Slower, emotive, more contemplative tracks, recorded over a pretty short period of focused studio time.

'Silver Walks' is a synth-led jam. The arpeggiator holds pride of place as the centre of the tune with filter tweaks complementing its progression. 'Kuromaku' has a tougher attitude - heady and cosmic with a deep kick. It means 'black curtain' in Japanese.

At once subtle and grand, ‘Phalanx / Warg’ sees Recondite exploring the full range of his distinctive voice. Deep, sinewy techno set with a genuine sense of intrigue, both cuts flood the dance floor with an unsettling warmth.

Pisetzky’s sound comes from a walk through elevated paths, passing through obscure lanes of a mysterious soul. Hidden between its urban inspiration, his music expresses a unique vibe that drifts from a dialogue though this inspiring metropolitan nature. 

Shy spirits whisper wistfully synths of a never ending voyage, five alluringly deep tracks that hit their hypnotic impetus as soon as you let them lead their full ambitious course. 

Elevation, born from a collaboration with Primal, has been produced in a nordic desolated environment in the outlands of Copenaghen. It's a strong melting pot of numerous energies with its expansive arpeggios that introduces a darker twist with icy melodies and a grand break. 

Hide, an enthralling voyage between the depths of a contrasting yet soothing discourse between soulful psychedelia and dark atmospheric synth explorations 

Adria, is a merger between emotions and techno layers that convey in a visionary path that swallows you into soundscapes and abstract atmospheres. Being the main-belt asteroid and the most dance floor-driven track, it will be published in Digital Only. 

Distant Echoes Remix, is a concrete acid induced groove concretion with a psychic rawness drawn by a strong techno base that keeps the track to an intense breathless tempo and mysterious soul 

Inland Remix is the techno adaptation of an abstract mystic journey, where melody surfaces shyly from behind a curtain of reverb and industrial drums to tell you its story.

Ovum are proud to present a very special remix release as Josh Winks 2015 future-shocker Denial enjoys not one but two versions from Luke Slater.

Splitting his complex multi personality across two sides, the UK techno lifer explores his innermost dual psycheto create two wholly different tracks. Both of which reflect the strengths of the original while taking it into vastlydifferent directions.

First up: Planetary Assault Systems. One of Lukes oldest and boldest alter-egos, here he provides a nuclear powered bulldozer of a version. Fission hisses and mechanical rasps wrap around the undulating groove thatcharge relentlessly with a dark funk coded into the bass. Watch out for the additional percussion and brashsnares midway for added atom-splitting momentum.

L.B. Dub Corporation follows. One of Luke's shyer personas, this is the first L.B. Dub Corp production since his Ostgut Ton album Unknown Origin in 2013. A deeper, rolling analogue groove is at play here, suddenly dropping to reveal the loopy, automaton vocal loop from Josh's original to awesome hypnotic effect.
