Paolo Muñoz aka (Panick) Dj / Techno Producer and founder of the Sound Disorder Collective of the city of Ibarra with only 10 years he incurred the path of electronic music. He trying various genres up to Techno, Hard Techno, Acid and Gabber. ⚒ HARDKICKS!

He now he has his own collective
Sound Disorder that is made up of Panick, Ekin, EQ49 and Boro Reyes

Biography

Owen Offset is famous in the island of Malta for his passion for techno music.  Offset turned his hand into production in 2014 and signed contracts with a number of Belgian and Dutch agencies. Always looking forward, Offset’s influence with his work as an Artist and his own productions saw the beginning of Techno is the Answer, and started collaborating with international promoters to bring techno to the Maltese dance floors in the name of Techno.
Offset is also the mind behind ‘Techno is the Answer’, the team who is primarily guided by a specific approach in bringing foreign techno Artists to the Maltese ravers. Owen has shared experiences with various international artists. He has played alongside Dave Clarke, Johannes Heil, Remco Beekwilder, Tim Tama, Luke Slater, DJ Rush, Joey Beltram, David Meiser, Pet Duo, Flug and Shifted.
… I get inspired by my deep feelings and by remembering that we are part of something. From the beginning, since I was a kid, in between my emotions were a lot of questions which could only be answered through sounds which later developed into my techno music…
