Mean Flow & Marco Lucchi - One Hand Piano n°1

I think this haiku is a perfect match with the track I've been trying to create for some time... immediately after reading it I had very clear ideas on how to make it all happen.
 There are several recordings, the oldest was made with the guitar, processed on the elektron octatrack in 2020.
 About a month ago I found the central part of the song while experimenting with the vcv rack and the initial part (which takes up the final guitar theme) is the most recent recording processed with the Fm8 synth.
 recorded in Ableton and subsequently mixed in Cubase.

Aldrighetti was the iceman in our village, he was the hero of us children and everyone wanted to eat his sphagetti-ice. I imagined him going to new york when i was a child. one day to another he was away. We did not really knew where he went.
May he lived his dream from the money he made from us...
So i transportet him fictive to New York ...
a much too crowded city for a men who lived in a quiet village as a guest worker before.

This is an early concept demo of my song "In Tears." This is how my songs usually start—simple instrumental tracks that capture the initial mood and emotion I want to convey. At this stage, the music is raw and unpolished, serving as a foundation for further development.

On my music external hard drive I have a folder called "No Home" where I put songs which I have never released, partly as they have never fitted in with any of my projects/albums or they just end up being standalone tunes...or I don't think they were any good...so I thought I might actually release some of them.....:)

Songs With No Home 2 - Idea In Search Of Light

I started creating music on my old PC back in 2002 using DAWs such as Buzz, Fl Studio and Reason. As my artist name suggest I mostly compose tunes that have an ambient edge. My main passion is creating soundscapes, be they soft drifting drones/piano pieces/heavily synth driven, weirdly abstract and classical and orchestral pieces. I mainly compose using apps on my IPad but also make use of whatever instruments I have lying around such as my Pocket Operators, Modal Craftsynth, my favourite is an Early Learning Centre keyboard.

In the past my tracks have been played in BBC Radio Oxford and BBC 6 Music. Over the years I have collaborated with people from all over the world. Please message me if you would like to collaborate 😀
